Typically, your lease includes the printer hardware, installation, regular servicing, and consumables like toner. Paper isn’t included. We’ll confirm exactly what’s covered before anything goes ahead.  

We’ll need to confirm the typical contract length and any flexibility available – for example, are 12- or 24-month terms possible, or is there a standard 36- or 60-month agreement?  

This varies – some leases may require a deposit or setup fee. We’ll check whether any upfront cost is standard and what that usually covers.  

Leasing avoids the large up-front cost of buying and includes support, servicing, and supplies – which can make it more cost-effective over time, especially if you print at volume or want predictable monthly costs.

Ongoing support is included as standard. That covers maintenance, fault resolution, and toner delivery – all designed to minimise downtime and keep things running smoothly.  

  Yes – multi-site setups are common. Just let us know how many locations you’re working with and we’ll factor that into the recommendation.  

Absolutely. If your current machine still fits part of your setup, we can look at adding a second printer to support growth or specific tasks.

This may depend on how far you are into the agreement or what the current terms allow. We’ll check whether upgrades are possible and if any costs are involved.  

Usually, you’ll have the option to upgrade, renew, or return the equipment. We’ll talk you through what to expect towards the end of your term so there are no surprises.
