Artwork Submission
To ensure the best results, we prefer vector files (such as AI or EPS formats) for artwork submissions. However, we understand that not everyone has these, so we're happy to assess whether we can work with what you have. If your file size exceeds email limits (typically around 25MB), feel free to use Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer and sharethe link. If you don’t have any artwork at all, our design service can help you create the perfect logo design or artwork for your branded items. Just let us know how we can assist!
Direct to Film (DTF) Printing
We use an advanced technique called Direct to Film (DTF) printing, where your design is printed onto a specialised film and then heat-transferred onto fabric. This method results in high-quality, long-lasting prints that are suitable for a wide range of fabrics.
Our standard web pricing is based on the following print sizes:
- Logo Chest: 130mm x 130mm
- Centre Front: 250mm x 350mm
- Across Shoulders: 250mm x 120mm
- Centre Back (Includes Shoulders): 250mm x 350mm
- Sleeves: 80mm x 15mm
- Caps: 100mm x 100mm

Custom Embroidery
Embroidering your logo provides your branded items with a professional finish and a durable, long-lasting design. The stitched logo is crafted to withstand wear and regular washing, making it an ideal choice for workwear and uniforms. This process involves creating a digital map of your design, which guides the embroidery machine for precise stitching.
Our standard pricing is based on 10,000 stitches, which typically covers logos on the upper chest, headwear, and sleeves. However, not all fonts and intricate designs are suitable for embroidery; fine text or complex details may not be achievable. In such cases, Direct to Film (DTF) printing is a practical alternative, offering flexibility for designs that require finer detail.

Final Approval
Once finally approved, we will send invoice for payment. Items go into production.
Final Proof Photo
Once you’ve approved the artwork, we will send a final photo proof showing the image position on the actual item for your confirmation.
Get Delivered
Items are delivered to your preferred address. Orders over £150.00 + VAT include free delivery; otherwise, delivery is £9.95 + VAT.
